Aim: To transform a dense specification into a clear, teachable framework that supports logical progression, accessibility, & confident delivery.
Format: Excel Sheet, Learner & Teacher facing guides
Techniques: ADDIE
Skills: Excel, Canva
Process & Impact
Led a full-year redesign of the T Level Craft & Design curriculum in its first year of national delivery, building all learning and assessment resources from scratch.
Analysed learner needs and EPA requirements to identify overlaps, redundancies, and key knowledge gaps, then restructured content into four coherent modules.
Applied an ADDIE-based approach, analysing the specification, designing coherent modules, developing learner and teacher materials, and refining content through live delivery informed by formative and summative feedback.
Produced a cohesive, teachable structure that improved clarity, accessibility, and learner readiness for end-point assessment, achieving a 100% pass rate on a creative campus with no prior exam delivery, demonstrating the effectiveness of the redesigned structure.

Reflection & Next Steps
This project reshaped how I approach curriculum design, moving from managing content to truly designing learning experiences.
Diagnosed major structural issues in the original T Level spec, identifying confusing and repetitive Core Areas.
Mapped and simplified complex content, both written and practical, using visual tools and colour coding to improve clarity and progression.
Improved learner confidence and outcomes, producing stronger class discussions, positive feedback, and a 100% pass rate.
Developed a repeatable instructional design process: analysing, chunking, and sequencing complex information for accessibility.
Going forward, I plan to develop bespoke e-learning materials to enhance accessibility, cater to diverse learning styles, and give learners greater ownership of their progress
